Someone should tell the NC Gaming commission about this./ They have $10 blackjack plus a few funny table games which are probably also ripoffs after you learn to play them. A total ripoff, it's probably illegal, telling you that you have won a certain amount when you have not. You have won nothing! You win $3, they keep your original bet, so you have won $2. Jacks or better pays $1, however you bet a dollar, they keep the dollar & pay you a dollar. Was there on a weeknight, the place seemed deserted, very few customers, I'm sure it picks up on the weekends.
I would rate the hotel a 5, the casino a 1.
